StockPivot displays market data and charts for information only. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong; always verify with your broker before trading.

Market data

Market data is licensed for your personal, non-professional use only and may not be redistributed. Real-time data requires you to answer the exchanges' non-professional subscriber questions truthfully; if your status changes, you must stop using real-time data and contact support.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store, renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID settings, and are refundable only through Apple's policies.

Availability

The quote service may be interrupted for maintenance or by upstream data outages. We are not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.
