Why are prices delayed?

The free tier shows consolidated quotes delayed 15 minutes. A subscription enables real-time data after a short non-professional questionnaire required by the exchanges.

How do I restore a subscription on a new phone?

Settings › Subscription › Restore Purchases. Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID; your watchlists sync through iCloud when "Sync across devices" is on.

How do I cancel?

Settings › Subscription › Explore all subscriptions opens Apple's subscription management. Cancelling keeps the paid tier until the end of the current period.

The Apple Watch app shows no lists

Open StockPivot on the iPhone once; lists are sent to the watch over the phone connection. Lists are edited on the phone only.

What can I say to Siri?

Every phrase ends with “in StockPivot” so Siri knows where to send it: “Add stocks to a watchlist in StockPivot” (Siri asks which list and which stocks), “Create a watchlist in StockPivot”, “Open Tech in StockPivot”, “Move stocks to AI in StockPivot”, “Remove stocks from Tech in StockPivot”. Your own list names work in the phrases. Siri does the work in the background and reads back what changed; only “Open …” brings the app forward. The full list is in Settings › Siri & Voice.

Dictation or the camera didn't find a company

Say company names or tickers, separated by “and” or a pause: “Micron, Broadcom and N-V-D-A”. Names the app isn't sure about wait under “Did you mean… tap to add”; tap the ⓘ to see alternatives. For the camera, fill the frame with the text and hold still — tickers in capital letters and company names are read; prices and percentages are ignored. If the microphone or camera is off for StockPivot, turn it on in Settings › Privacy & Security.

Sharing a screenshot to StockPivot

In any app, tap Share and choose StockPivot (the first time, scroll the app row to the end and tap More to turn it on). StockPivot reads the tickers and company names, asks which watchlist, and adds them the next time you open the app. The share sheet itself never contacts our servers.

Market status

Session state follows the New York Stock Exchange calendar (including holidays and early closes). Outside sessions the last price is the previous close.
